  • Canada Day Celebration - July 1, 2010
    The Southern Manitoba Convention Centre, is pleased to announce a Canada Day Celebration on July 1st. Activities and events will be announced once they have been determined.
  • Morris Craft, Bake and Trade Fair - October 16, 2010
    This annual event features homemade crafts, delicious baked goods, as well as a special selection of trade fair items. Don't miss this opportunity for one-stop Christmas Shopping! The show will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 3:00pm. In lieu of admission we will be having a silent auction with prizes donated by our vast majority of exhibitors. Come out and the vast majority of exhibits.
  • Annual Dessert & Dinner Theatre - November 26 & 27, 2010
    Local talent is revealed every November with our live Dessert and Dinner Theatres. The plays features Morris's own theatre group "The Valley Players". This is a perfect venue for a small get together or Christmas Parties of all sizes - come out to enjoy a great play and be served a delicious meal made by one of our spectacular local caterers. Contact the SMCC for ticket information.
  • Breakfast with Santa - December 4, 2010
    Join the staff of the Southern Manitoba Convention Centre for a pancake breakfast, face painting, crafts, and pictures with a special visitor from the North Pole! This event is an annual SMCC fundraiser for the local Christmas Cheer Board. Admission is by monetary donation. Non-perishable food items and new toys will also be collected.
